Director / Owner
Fraser has 20 years plus experience working for manufacturers, dealer groups and marketing agencies all within the automotive industry.
He began his career working as Group Marketing Manager at Massingberd Group PLC looking after sales process and marketing for the Audi centre and 3 VW retailers. Following this position, Fraser spent over 4 years working for the VW Group for Audi UK Ltd working in marketing and area management. His career then took him to Mazda UK for over 2 years working as an Area Manager covering dealer groups in the North West of England helping them generate a record volume of sales. After working for manufacturers Fraser decided he missed working inside the dealership environment and became General Manager for Cumbria and Group F&I Manager at Border Cars. Fraser stayed here for 7 years and helped increase turnover and profits 4-fold in this dealer group. From Fraser's career history he decided he wanted to set up his own company to help both manufacturers and retailers in challenging areas with his expert knowledge.
Head of Training
Steve has a Professional Diploma in Retail Management attained through Loughborough University. He is also a fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI). Having spent most of his career working within some of the most prestigious motor groups in the UK he is now Head of Training for the MotorVise Academy.
Training Academy Co-ordinator
Joanne has a BSC (Hons) Business degree and marketing & events experience gained working with BMW GB & BMW Financial Services among others. Having spent the first year at MotorVise managing events delivery, Joanne now co-ordinates the Training Academy.
Business Development Manager
Michael spent the main part of his career in the courier industry where he developed a reputation for acquisitions and mergers. Michael then began a new career working in the motor industry where he gained experience working in car and motorcycle dealerships. Michael has extensive knowledge of recruitment and creating and re-moulding teams of people to deliver exceptional results.
Jack graduated with a Bachelor of Laws - LLB / MLaw Exempting from Northumbria University. After a few years specialising in sales and marketing within the Fitness industry, Jack joined MotorVise as Business Development Executive and brings with him an extensive knowledge of digital marketing campaigns. Jack hates spiders and loves coffee.
Rob works as an Event Manager and consultant delivering events for us in dealerships across the UK. Rob has extensive motor industry experience, ranging from trading vehicles to working as a trainer for numerous car manufacturers. Rob is a professional rally driver and is most comfortable flying between the trees in forests around the UK and overseas.
Jerry has spent more years than he cares to share with us in the motor industry. Jerry owned, built and ran a multi-franchise, multi-site
dealer group, and has particular affinity with GM brands, but has knowledge of running a dealership at all levels. After selling his business Jerry
can’t resist working a number of days a week in dealerships running events and doing consultancy work. He says the motor industry is addictive!
With extensive automotive and call centre experience, Anthony works in the field with us delivering events and consultancy at contact centres and in dealerships throughout the UK. Anthony is also a self-employed racing instructor and can often be found flying around in Porsche and other sports cars!
Peter started out as an apprentice mechanic/technician on Vauxhall and Citroen cars and Bedford trucks. He then moved onto working as an assistant to the Service Manager at a Chrysler and Citroen main dealer in London shortly followed by a receptionist role at a busy Rolls Royce and Ferrari dealership. Peter then took on a Service Manager job at a Citroen main dealer in St Albans. Peter also has an interest in classic car renovations, sales and storage.
Alex began his career in service and sales before becoming a driving specialist for product launch events. He then moved onto engineering and design and motorsport before a role in event management for sales and product launches. Alex also holds a degree in Motorsport Engineering and has experience in performance driving and product training.
John has many years’ experience in the automotive industry. He prides himself on being a team player by nature and comfortable with leadership responsibility alongside a strong focus on analytical management and KPIs. John has worked within the automotive, insurance and used car remarketing sectors and has experience as a Dealer Principal and Head of Business.
Kevin has spent 25 years in car dealerships, starting out as a Sales Executive and working his way through the ranks to General Manager. He has extensive motor trade experience and has represented Kia, Honda, Renault, Volvo and Mercedes-Benz. He then moved onto a career in Financial Services as a Wealth Manager for 10 years.
Raised as a farmer’s boy in East Sussex, Damien left school aged 15 to begin an apprenticeship with a local British Leyland Garage where he became a fully trained technician. He worked at various garages for a number of years before ending up as Technical Manager at Mazda Cars UK. Damien then worked his way into a senior management position in Mazda Motors UK before moving into training. Since then, Damien has established a solid reputation both in the UK and overseas with his industry knowledge, working in India and Korea on behalf of Ford and more recently in Iceland for OPEL.
Upon leaving college, Peter first joined the retail motor industry having gained a HNC in Business Management. His retail sales career spanned 30 years in roles ranging from Sales Executive to management at both branch and group levels. Peter subsequently had a 9 year career working for manufacturers as an Area Business Development Manager helping dealers improve performance and profitability.
Steve began his career as a technician in the workshop in the late 80s. In 1994, he got his first retail car sales role and then spent the next 12 years working his way up to Sales Controller, Business Manager, Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. He has spent the last 10 years in leasing and has since been able to use his retail skills to train, coach and manage new people. Steve finds coaching to be one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
Having graduated from Leeds University with a BA (Hons) Sport Business Management degree, Amy has extensive experience in contact centre management having worked previously in a senior position within the Bannatyne's national contact centre. As Operations Leader Amy is responsible for the day to day running of the office and the delivery of our products and services to our clients.
Business Services Manager
Helen graduated with a BSc (Hons) and started work at British Airways where she spent 7 years in programming and technical infrastructure. Helen also worked in the expert services team at Computacenter Ltd working closely with clients such as BT, Standard Life and Southern Electric before moving on to work for IBM for 3 years. Helen is now responsible for all IT development within the company, also managing the company accounts and oversees the Office Administrator.
Paige graduated in 2015 with an LLB (Hons) Law Degree from the University of Lincoln. She previously worked in an accountancy firm as Tax Advisor but very quickly decided it wasn’t for her! Paige oversees the Events Administrator in the delivery of our events and recruitment packages. In her spare time, Paige enjoys playing the cornet in her local brass band and long walks with her 3 spaniels.
Abbie joined us from Darlington Borough Council where she completed two apprenticeship schemes and secured a full-time position in adult social care. Abbie supports Paige in delivering the events and recruitment packages at MotorVise. When not at work, she likes nothing more than jetting off to sunnier climes or hitting the slopes in the Alps – two very different holidays!
Laura graduated from Teesside University in 2015 with a BA Journalism Degree. After 2 years in furniture sales, Laura now works closely with Helen, assisting her with the accounts and also works alongside the events and recruitment team. Not straying too far from her furniture roots, she can be found at work building the occasional piece of flat-pack. Laura is a big music fan and loves to go to gigs when she can!
Digital Marketing Leader
Andrew graduated from the University of Sunderland with both a BSc in Multimedia Games and an MSc in Software Enterprise. He has been working in Digital Marketing for the past 10 years working in different industries including fashion and drones. Andrew is now Digital Marketing Leader at MotorVise focusing on increasing the awareness of MotorVise products whilst also providing digital marketing services to dealerships in the UK.
Sam graduated from University of Central Lancashire with a First Class degree in BSc (Hons) Television Production. After working for ITV and That's TV as a Technical Director, Sam is now lead creative for MotorVise, responsible for producing all internal and dealer marketing materials along with video production services.
