Automotive Experts

Are you a self-employed automotive expert?  Have you got experience running departments or entire dealerships or regions?  Looking for a work-life balance and want to work on a pick and choose day-rate basis?  We can offer between 1 and 20 days’ work per month for the right people on what we are told are great daily rates. We pay all travel and accommodation expenses on top of our daily rates.  You would be delivering tried and tested products and services to automotive dealerships in the UK and around the world.  We have hundreds of clients so if you want to join our team, or have a service you have delivered before that you think we could take to our clients, then feel free to pick up the phone and have an informal chat with Fraser, our MD, any time on 07860 775592.

Office Administrator

MotorVise (Automotive) Ltd is a small but exciting business based at Colburn Business Park offering automotive retail solutions within the motor industry.

Specialising in consultancy, training, systems and event management for manufacturers and dealerships in the UK motor industry, we are passionate about what we do. Through delivering excellent results for our customers, demand for our various services is growing fast. As such we now have an opportunity for someone to join our small team to support office administration and resource.

In our team you will make a massive difference and as such we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and detailed person to support with administration tasks within the office. This role is vitally important in supporting an efficient office environment, and supports the running of all departments where required. This includes a range of tasks from taking and directing calls in the office, booking accommodation and flights, and co-ordinating stock counts and sending items to customers.

The right candidate will need to demonstrate the following essential attributes:

– you must be extremely competent with Microsoft Excel (and other Microsoft products)
– a keen eye for detail
– good interpersonal skills
– confidence answering the telephone and dealing with customers daily
– experience in diary management
– a good standard of written English and basic mathematical ability
– good organisation skills to meet crucial deadlines
– excellent time-management skills
– full UK driving licence

Recruitment & Training Co-ordinator

As such we now have an opportunity for someone to join our small team to undertake a role co-ordinating our recruitment services and training academy.

In our team you will make a massive difference and as such we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and detailed person to support and develop our recruitment and training academy area of the business. This role will be mainly a customer relations role in leading our recruitment and training delivery programmes for our customers. We are looking for someone with initiative and experience in recruitment to develop our current processes further. This person will also be the drive for enrolling delegates onto our training academy courses.

The right candidate will need to demonstrate the following essential attributes:

– you must be extremely competent with Microsoft Excel (and other Microsoft products)
– a keen eye for detail
– good interpersonal skills
– confidence answering the telephone and dealing with customers daily
– experience in diary management
– a good standard of written English
