How does this consultancy package work?
The consultancy format begins with an in-depth review of the current situation in the specific business areas we have been asked to review with the Dealer Principal/Business Owner and Service/Parts Manager(s). This will include spending time within your business observing people and processes. Following this, we will make recommendations for changes to processes, strategies and skills that are required. This will be supplemented with a combination of action plans, training/workshops and coaching to achieve the necessary business improvements.
What level of involvement is needed from us?
This package very much works with the dealership management team to find solutions and support the incumbent people. The key to the success of the programme lies in gaining the buy-in of both the management and service/parts teams. You can use any new electronic systems but if you haven’t got good people and focused processes, you will fail to get good results!
