Event Administrator

We now have an opportunity for someone to join our small team to undertake event management administration, and other office based duties.

In our team you will make a massive difference and as such we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and detailed person to support our customers in delivering exceptional sales and recruitment based events. You will be guided in everything you do but will also be expected to use your initiative to develop and improve processes to improve our offering to the customers we serve.

The right candidate will need to demonstrate the following essential attributes:

– you must be extremely competent with Microsoft Excel (and other Microsoft products)
– a keen eye for detail as there will be work with customer data and proof reading required
– good interpersonal skills
– confidence answering the telephone
– a good standard of written English
– experience in good organisation skills to meet crucial deadlines
– excellent time-management skills

Experience in an event administration role is not essential as full training will be given, however experience in a fast paced office based environment would be desirable.

We know our people are the most important part of our business and we treat them as such. We understand work home life balance and whilst expecting a very high standard of commitment whilst at work, we also know the importance of being able to turn off and relax when not at work.

Hours are full-time and permanent (Monday to Friday – 9am to 5:30pm) and remuneration will be in line with experience.

Automotive Experts

Are you a self-employed automotive expert?  Have you got experience running departments or entire dealerships or regions?  Looking for a work-life balance and want to work on a pick and choose day-rate basis?

We can offer between 1 and 20 days’ work per month for the right people on what we are told are great daily rates. We pay all travel and accommodation expenses on top of our daily rates.  You would be delivering tried and tested products and services to automotive dealerships in the UK and around the world.
