Industry expert Nick Coyle joins MotorVise as Sales Director

MotorVise Automotive has appointed experienced divisional director Nick Coyle to head up its sales team.

Having worked with some of the biggest dealerships across the North of England with responsibility for up to 20 Mercedes Benz sites in a career spanning 40 years, he is tasked with growing the business and improving and expanding upon the services it provides to the UK motor trade.

Fraser Brown, founder and managing director of the firm, based near Richmond, North Yorkshire, realised the value of his industry expertise after Nick began working with him on a consultancy basis.

As sales director, he is responsible for shaping the sales strategy, and motivating the team as well as responding to the changes and opportunities within the industry. He will also use his knowledge to support other teams within the business.

Nick, who lives in the Harrogate area, was previously dealer principal at SG Petch in York, market area director for Rybrook’s Mercedes Benz in North Yorkshire and dealer principal at Sytner Group’s Mercedes Benz dealership in Newcastle.

He began his career with Almondbury BMW in Huddersfield, where within ten years he rose from a junior salesman to become general manager.

In addition, he has also held senior managerial positions with Reg Vardy, European Motor Holdings, CD Bramall, Pendragon, and Inchcape.

Nick has experience of restructuring sales forces, strategic business planning and has successfully returned loss making businesses to profit as well as exceeding sales targets. He remains passionate about improving the automotive retail experience and driving up standards of customer satisfaction.
