How would you describe your approach to training?
Put simply, the customer is at the heart of everything we do. We work to understand the customer experience in the areas of the dealership the training covers and identify the ‘experience gap’ between the customer expectations and the actual experience in dealership.
We then map the ideal customer experience in partnership with the OEM and develop training course(s) to bridge the experience gap within the network.
We deploy active, engaging and participative approaches to training which will gain delegate buy-in to our courses written to deliver a fantastic customer experience from your network.
What kind of administration service would you provide?
Our training administration service would include:
– Dedicated training administrator(s).
– A monthly report on the booking status of courses (people booked to attend / have attended), identifying any potential threats to future courses.
– Prospecting dealers to attend courses to minimise course alterations/cancellations.
How would retailer staff book onto the courses?
Dealers will be given 3 options for booking onto a course or make an enquiry:
– Call a dedicated training hotline.
– Email the dedicated training administrator(s).
– Visit the web portal to find out availability and click to book a place.
