How do we get started?
We begin by looking at purchasing and sales of your F&I products. We then undertake an accounts review to assess the F&I performance of your dealership. From this, we will then identify the changes required to optimise F&I penetration and PPU and build an action plan to deliver improvements. To support this we have a tried and tested toolkit that delivers industry-leading F&I performance.
