  • How does the QR code work with this event?

    Your customers receive an event invitation containing a ‘unique’ QR code which contains a personal financial incentive that can be used towards a new or used car. This can only be read at the dealership during the event dates, thus helping to drive greater event response and attendance rates.

    The QR code links to a dedicated site that details the offer for your customer during the event. How this offer is made up is controlled by your Sales Manager based on the information gained in your normal sales process. As such it is perfect for boosting sales of add-on products while retaining control of the profitability of each sale.

    On scanning the code, the customer then has a choice to accept the deal, or reject the deal and release the money for other customers. As such it is a unique tool for your sales team to use to close the deal.

    All of this combines to deliver exceptional conversion rates from mailers – appointments – sales.

  • How has the event changed in response to the COVID pandemic?

    The premise behind the use of the QR code remains the same, however, we have tweaked our event in order to meet the demands of the current precautions of social distancing.

    Customers will be given the option to conduct their sales appointment via 4 methods.

    1. In showroom following full social distancing procedures in place to ensure their safety.
    2. Video call which is fully integrated within our appointment system.
    3. Telephone call
    4. An appointment method of their choosing (WhatsApp, FaceTime etc).

    Our system fully manages the correct response levels to ensure you can handle the incoming enquiries in the right way.

    The event works on creating a sales surge over a longer period of time so that all customers can be dealt with in accordance with social distancing rules.

    Where dealers do not have a showroom system that would support the process, we may be able to help with our fully distanced showroom software solution.

  • What do we need to do/provide?

    Very simply …

    1. You provide us with the customer database selected using the parameters we provide.
    2. Tell us whose name/title appears on the invitation.
    3. Decide how incoming calls will be managed.
    4. Ensure your Sales Manager and sales team are available for training prior to the event.
    5. Be ready to sell cars during the event!
