  • How does this consultancy package work?

    The consultancy format begins with an in-depth review of the current situation on site with the Dealer Principal/Business Owner and Sales Manager. Following this we will make recommendations of changes to processes, strategies and skills that are required. This will be supplemented with a combination of action plans, training / workshops and coaching to achieve the necessary business improvements. The eventual success or failure of the programme lies in the follow up meetings with the management and how well the team take on board the agreed actions.

  • What level of involvement is needed from us?

    This package very much works with the dealership management team to find solutions and support the incumbent people. The key to its success is gaining the buy in of both the management and sales teams.
