  • What's included in your recruitment package?

    We manage the full process from writing and advertising the recruitment ad, booking the recruitment venue, managing all applicant communications and running the assessment event from start to finish. We also write and deliver the welcome presentation and supply an Event Manager to lead the assessment day. You simply need to turn up on the day.

  • How much involvement do we have?

    Once the date of the assessment day has been agreed you will be sent a copy of the proposed job advertisement to approve and we take over from there. You really do just need to turn up on the day and observe the candidates during their individual and group exercises and decide who is the best fit for your dealership.

  • What happens on the day?

    • Candidates are registered on arrival.
    • We present the welcome presentation to candidates to make them feel positive about your business before they start the assessment process.
    • Candidates undergo a series of individual and group activities.
    • At each stage candidates either successfully progress to the next stage, or are respectfully told they have been unsuccessful and leave the process.
    • By the end of the day, you will know the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses to make a fully informed recruitment decision.
