The consultancy format begins with an in-depth review of the current situation on site with the Dealer Principal/Business Owner and Sales Manager. Following this we will make recommendations of changes to processes, strategies and skills that are required. This will be supplemented with a combination of action plans, training / workshops and coaching to achieve the necessary business improvements.
