  • Does the event include full showroom dress?

    Absolutely! The event operates as a closed showroom event and as such works best if you opt for the full showroom dress, which includes:

    – Showroom window blackout
    – Tunnel entranceway with red carpet, overhead lighting, chrome posts & ropes,  flame lights
    – Reception lectern
    – Welcome café banners

    This helps both the customer and your dealership team feel fully absorbed into the ‘A-list’ theme and contributes to the success of the event.

  • What do we need to do/provide?

    1. You provide us the customer database selected using the parameters we provide.
    2. Decide how incoming calls will be managed. We can even help you manage incoming calls through our tried and tested call centre partner.
