How does the event use customer curiosity to drive appointments?
As with conventional Good News event mailers, ours establishes whether the customer receiving the letter is still the owner of the specified car model and registration. The difference with ours is we also include the QR code event systems which is associated with the ‘good news’ mentioned within the letter. It is our experience that this event drives a large volume of calls and fantastic appointment conversions once the ‘good news’ is explained to the customer.
