  • How does the event work?

    Customers are invited to view a confidential list of offers, only available to those that attend the event. The confidential offers, or list of qualifying used cars, are preloaded onto a branded web portal that the customer can only access in your showroom. Access is gained by using their unique reference number which is hidden under a scratch panel on their personalised mailer.

  • When is the best time to run this event?

    The confidential event can be run at any time in the year. Use it to help achieve your new car sales targets. Or use it to clear down aged stock and qualifying pre-reg cars prior to a registration period too. Alternatively, run it in April and October following the new registration months to help you quickly clear the used cars taken in part-exchange and release cash back into the business.

  • I’ve just run a new car sales event; will this work for me?

    Absolutely! This event provides the perfect opportunity to talk specifically to your used car and pre-reg channel customers – whilst excluding those customers targeted with new car communications. Alternatively, you can even use it to target those customers who didn’t attend your new car sales event or buy a new car – are they in the market for a used car or pre-reg instead?

    This event is designed to remove all the stress and hassle from you. All you need to do is:

    1. Provide us with the customer database selected using the parameters we provide.
    2. Decide what offers/stock will be included in the event.
    3. Ensure your sales team is willing and able to sell cars during the event!

    We do everything else – including handling all the incoming telephone calls, making the appointments and even helping with the 1st appointments if you’d like! The theme of the event and how it runs is very simple, so there’s minimal training required.
