How does it work?
Put simply …
Your sales team sell cars to ‘earn’ points.
Each sale has a predetermined ‘value’ in points.
Points can be spent on fun, online games to win prizes!
What kind of prizes do we provide?
You will need a range of prizes from the very cheap to bigger, incentivising prizes. Previous dealerships have offered prizes including cash, merchandise, scratchcards, vouchers, iPads, meals, TVs, bikes etc. You choose the prizes but we will guide you to get the best from the system within your budget.
How do we control the cost?
You set the budget, decide who is taking part and choose the prizes. Our office team are on hand to advise you of the types of prizes which work and the quantities of each, depending on the size of your sales team, the number of branches taking part and the number of sales you are looking to achieve. You also authorise sales and allocate points so retain full control.
