      • Firstly, we register every candidate when they arrive.
      • Next, we present the welcome presentation. This encourages candidates to feel positive about your business before they start the assessment process.
      • Following this, candidates undergo a series of individual and group activities.
      • At each stage candidates either continue to progress to the next stage or they are respectfully told they’re unsuccessful and leave the process.
      • Finally, by the end of the day, you will know the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of each candidate. Therefore, you will be able to make a fully informed recruitment decision.
